A HUGE rollercoaster month so far.  I took a stack off a donk and was coasting along.  Then I lost TWO coolers, but managed to get it all back, coolering some people along the way.  Just WOW!  Call me The Phoenix!  Rising from the Ashes!!!

Umm...  I guess this is what happens when you only play two hours in a friggin' WEEK!  But because I'm anal, I figure I'd post the graph for the sake of completeness.  So when I said all that stuff about how I needed to cut back on 2+2, and on the Sunday blog posts, I *really* am busy!  So if any of you guys want to do a guest post, let me know.

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

On this low carb diet, I sometimes feel like I want to submerge my head in a vat of pasta and bolognese sauce, but the diet does have its perks...  like this awesome dinner Mrs. Fly made for the the other night.  Obviously, the clams casino were so good (probably the best I've ever hand - and I've eaten out plenty), I ate one before I remembered to take a photo.  Mrs. Fly's clams have got to be one of my favorite appetizers.  So luscious and decadent.  And her appetizers aren't bad either.  :-)

And her awesome "breadless" crab cakes.  The only crab cakes that I've had that were better were the ones at Del Frisco steakhouse (it's a chain, so there might be one in your area).  But they get awesome FRESH JUMBO crab meat for their crab cakes and Mrs. Fly uses canned lump crab meat, so you can't really compare.  Later post on crabcakes...
