After playing like a maniac for a few weeks, I've played only two of the last 6 days.  I guess that's one of the nice things about online poker - you play when you want to and can take time off when you want to.  Not sure if it's just me, but I find it easier to either play over 50 hours a week or under 20 hours a week.  Once I get going, I really like cranking out the hours, and my body gets used to that schedule.  It's a little more tiring for me to play 35 hours a week because I usually have to switch sleep schedules.  I'm thinking it's probably just me.

I'm going to eat and take a nap and try to get back to a grinding schedule so that I can make a stretch run going into the end of the month.  My inlaws (parents and sibling's family) are coming up from Virginia at the end of the month for Memorial Day weekend so the next week or so is pretty much the only time I'll have to play.  After my nap, Mrs. Fly and I are going out for lunch and to Home Depot for a surprise (later post).

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Mrs. Fly's been trying to cook a little healthier and she made this chicken BREAST (!!!) and noodles with her coconut curry sauce.  They must've run out of chicken feet, beak, and feathers at the supermarket.  If this marriage is going to last another ten years, we need to have a talk.  Aw, just kidding.  <3 Mrs. Fly.

For those of you unfamiliar with internet abbreviations, "<3" is "love" - it's supposed to be a sideways heart.  When I first started spending time on the poker forums, I would see it all over the place and I had no idea what it meant.  Contextually, it seemed like it meant that you either liked someone or hated someone, so I wasn't sure if that was supposed to be a heart or a penis - albeit a very small penis, which I thought was part of the insult.  Hmm...  mounting evidence that I'm just a dirty old man.  If only I had thought to use this thing called "google" - not sure if you guys have heard of that.

The curry was good.  And having it with pasta was a nice change of pace - for some reason, I always associate have rice with curries.  I just had a hard time getting over the fact that chicken breast somehow managed to get into the house.  I need to call ADT and "beef" up the security system - sometimes an incident like this occurs and you just don't feel safe in your house any more.
