November started off REALLY bad, but it got much better.  And I'm up over 4K in 6 hours of December.  I guess it always helps to run 3.5K above EV.
Brag: my best month since January
Beat: it was only 22K
Variance: I'm really likin' my trajectory.  :-)
Volume discussion tomorrow

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Can you guess the mystery meat?

Here's a hint:

Here's a bigger hint for the cartoon-illiterate out there:

Rabbit's not really common in the US, so we don't have it very often.  Mrs. Fly saw it at the supermarket and decided that it met my "dead animal" requirement so she decided to get it.  Mrs. Fly made it with her paprika sauce that goes really well with chicken.  We probably only have rabbit every 5 years or so.  Part of the reason is that it tastes a lot like a gamier (brag?) and leaner (beat!!!) version of chicken.  The things I don't like about rabbit is the amount of meat to work ratio is a very low - there are tons of little bones all over the place for the amount of meat you get.  And the fact that it looks like it should be in the rodent family (even tho it is not) does not make it very appetizing.

But you shouldn't think rabbit is trailer food.  The last time I had rabbit was around 5 years ago at Per Se (Thomas Keller's 3 star Michelin restaurant).  And the time before that was 10 years ago at Bolo (clown chef Bobby Flay's restaurant that's now closed).  So that probably explains why Elmer J. Fudd, millionaire (who owns a mansion and a yacht), has been chasing Bugs around for years.  It's an interesting change of pace once in a while.  I wonder where I'll be eating rabbit again in 2015...
