Well after 1 session March can be summarized as follows:

[x] focused
[x] played lots of hands
[x] $3.4K under ev
[x] raped by 5/10 fish
[x] showdown winnings negative (again)
[ ] made money

As my 7th grade Spanish teacher used to say, "la vida es dura."

Since half the session technically was at the end of February, it brings my overall results for last month down.  So for the month, I'm up 18.6K with a 1.7ptbb win rate, which is very mediocre.  And let's not forget the 4K that went down the drain on MTTs.  It feels like some of the regs (I know you are reading this!!! :-P) are starting to develop fps (fancy play syndrome) vs me, so I'll have to keep an eye on it and make any necessary adjustments.  Also, I went thru two unusually long stretches with negative showdown winnings (which is rare for me) so I can't be too disappointed.

I've been experimenting with Rush during off-peak hours and I'm not sure if this is going to be a regular thing for me.  I think it may be better for me to start playing 6max at higher stakes.  It's been okay when I'm a little tired, but since it only goes up to 1/2, those stakes are a little too small to matter.  But I'll probably keep playing until the Disney trip, just to keep the database reasonably current and to make a better assessment.

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

So on the first night of my weight loss plan, my dinner was... STEAK. Yes, words really can't express how big an epic fail this is. So I decided to express myself through pictures...

I thought Mrs. Fly was going to make me some grilled chicken or fish, but we went to Costco, and Mrs. Fly said she didn't feel like cooking today. Well, I happened to be walking by the meat section and lo and behold! They had a fine selection of PRIME ribeyes for $9.99 a pound. That's practically free imo.

Here's a list of some things I'll never say "no" to:

Mrs Fly: Can you grill yourself a steak for dinner?
G: Can I kick your ass in Super Mario Bros (again)?
Waiter: Would you like a glass of wine?
Jessica Alba: Cash is sick - can you go to the Yankee game with me?
Mrs. Fly: If you mention Jessica Alba one more time in your blog, you will be in a world of hurt.  Do you understand?!?

You get the idea. I'm basically just a "yes" man.
