One of the things I think is overrated in the full ring games is set mining in a 3bet pot. Most people tend to overestimate the implied odds once you hit a set. The obvious exception tho is when there is a fish in a multiway pot. MP3 is the fish who had been running hot. Well sort of. It looked like one of the regs was really tilting and just repeatedly spewed a lot of money trying to bluff the fish off hands.

It's never a certainty, and there's a slim chance that even if I hit, I could be against a higher set. If all the cold callers were regs, I think this would be a fold because you're not getting any more money from the cold callers unless they hit (and if they do, there's a good chance their hand will be better). But I was pretty sure the fish is calling and most of the other cold callers probably realized this as well. So everyone was going to be flatting light pre and playing postflop lighter than usual, especially since the fish was sticky post-flop.
