I'm baaack! The case I was on ended in a merciful day and a half+. Pretty much the holy grail of jury duty... since I would probably be sitting in the waiting room a for least a few more days if I didn't get called to a jury. It was actually a pretty educational experience for me, as I've never seen a court case in real life. I will chronicle my adventures in later posts, but today is a momentous day in FlyLand:
Happy Birthday Mrs. Fly!!!
Wow! That's a lot of candles! Here's to the most amazing fort... um... I mean *thirty* three year old woman I know. But in fact, you don't look a day over *twenty* three. I feel like such a cradle robber. A Hugh Hefner, if you will. Eh hem.
For those of you new to the blog, Mrs. Fly is over a year older than me. So I will jokingly refer to her as Mrs. Robinson from time to time. But it never feels like she's older because I'm so much more mature. :-) In before someone says, "LOL. A dude who plays computer games for a living and posts a blog with cartoons and scantily clad women being mature."
So it was around her birthday 12 years ago where I was pretty sure she was going to be the one. That's right... around the time of our third date. But I'll go back and talk about the first date soon. Don't mean to be stringing this along, but I have a lot of things to organize on my first day back from the "9 to 5" ordeal.
